Joining is quick and easy, all we need is your name and email address, and we'll email you a quick confirmation and a voucher code to use when you decide to buy.

Note: You'll only need to enter your other details when you decide to purchase through our online cart. For your first purchase, make your selection then access the cart (button along side wine or top of page) and Check Out. Complete your details in Step 1 then enter the code you will be provided with in Step 2. You'll be prompted at the end to create an account, enabling you to login next time and be recognised so that future purchases are quick and easy. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Edwards Wines ships around Australia using Australia Post and their eParcel System.  For International orders, please contact Edwards Wines for a quote and guidelines to shipping to international destinations.

See below for the delivery charges, which will be added where applicable to your order, once it has been finalised.

Delivery Charges

Australia wide delivery: $15 per case

Wine Club Members: All freight to any destination in Australia is FREE

Delivery Time Frames

Edwards wines endeavours to despatch all orders within 48 hours. Delivery guidelines are provided by Australia Post;

WA – 1 - 3 working days

NT & SA – 3 - 5 working days

NSW & VIC – 5 - 7 working days

QLD & TAS – up to 10 working days

If you order has not been received within the timeframe specified, please contact Edwards so that your order can be tracked. 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns will be only accepted if either of the following has occurred;

    • The incorrect wine has been despatched for your order

    • The goods were faulty

    • Your order has been damaged in transit

Please contact Edwards within 5 days of delivery, if the incorrect wine has been received. Edwards will arrange for Australia Post to collect and return the incorrect order, and will replace it with the correct wine.

If you believe that either the wine or merchandise you have received is faulty, we will need to be contacted so that an exchange or refund can be made. Faulty goods will need to be returned; Edwards will arrange for Australia Post to collect and return the goods.

If your wine has been damaged in transit, it is the usual policy for Australia Post to advise us before they present it to you for collection. In that instance we request that the complete order is returned to us, so that we can despatch new stock to ensure you are receiving only top quality goods. We will contact you to advise of the damage and estimated delay in receiving your order.

If you are presented with the damaged order before Australia Post has contacted us however, you are welcome to choose to either keep the order as is, or reject it and have it returned. You will need to contact us to advise us of the damage and of your decision, and if replacement of all or part of your order is required.
